Requirements:
- A suitable candidate for this role would be:
- Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possessing excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Must have gained at least 1 to 2+ year’s experience in rendering live-chat support services to international clients based especially in the US, Europe and Canada.
- Possessing excellent client relationship building and management skills
- Willing to work in the following shift timings:
- 12 AM- 9AM
- 3PM- 12AM
