- Fresh/up to 2 years’ experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Sharp commercial sense
- Requires frequent travelling to plant sites
Job Description:
- Analyze production reports
- Develop and monitor plant performance parameters/KPIs
- Work on improving efficiency and reducing cost
- Manage coal price negotiation, ordering, delivery
- Assess need and order furnace oil
- Critically analyze need for spare parts and develop cost effective alternatives
- Work with plant team to optimize inventory
