- Designing and developing training programs as per need and execute accordingly.
- Responsible to designed TNA with in Department to identify performance/skill gaps to improve employee job performance.
- Responsible for orientation and training of new associates at all level.
- Partnered department heads to craft personal development of the staff.
Applicable Skills:
- Excellent time management skills
- Good Knowledge of MS Word & MS excel
- Capable of working under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Problem-solving skills
