Job Position: Social Media Officer (SMO)
Job Description:
• Identify, cultivate & strengthen relationship with customers on all social media platforms using digital channels
• Communicate with new customers, followers & respond to the queries in a timely manner
• Monthly reporting to customer analytics
• Answer all inbound and outbound calls if required
• Liaison with inter departments and courier services to provide accurate and timely information
• All other tasks assigned by supervisor
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication & writing skills both in English & Urdu
• Ability to cross sell & up sell to achieve sales target
• Must be a team player and can work under pressure
Education:
• At least Bachelors
Experience:
• Fresh/ Relevant experience
