Experience: Must have 4-5 Years of Experience in Woven (Work- Wear) production Vamp or
Qualification: 16 Years Education, BS Textile Engineering will be preferred

Required Skill and knowledge:

• Understanding of work flow of the production department.
• Complete understanding on the production Cut to Pack sewing system.
• Understanding on the cost controlling & cost optimization.
• Understanding to maintain WIP mechanism.
• Knowledqe about modern production techniques like LEAN, 65 Etc.
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must have excellent efficiency concepts.
