HEAD OF LEGAL
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the OLP financial services’ interest and to be the main point of contact while dealing/representing legal matters.
- Lead legal processes, including drafting, negotiations, and settlements.
- Provide legal guidance on transactions, risk management, and compliance.
- Review financing agreements, contracts, and litigation matters.
- Negotiate complex deals, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Mentor legal staff and collaborate with external partners.
- Support inter-departments teams in legal matters.
- Respond to regulatory notices and mitigate litigation risks.
Academic History
- LLB required, or LLM from a reputable institution.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in legal advisory roles, preferably in a listed company or large-scale organization with expertise in SECP & SBP regulations.
