OLP Modaraba is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and coordinate office supplies and stationery.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in a courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and attitude.
