We are Hiring! DEPUTY MANAGER HR
Job Overview: Responsible for supervising and managing the complete employee life cycle. Responsibility includes: Administering employee benefits as per policy, Headcount planning as per the organizational needs at all departmental and divisional level.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelors in relevant field.
- 4 to 5 Years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws would be a plus.
- Denim textile experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge about HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & ERP Software (Preferably SAP).
OFFICER HR
Job Overview: Responsible for supporting end to end HR operational processes including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, employee data management, employee benefits administration, final settlement processing, managing payroll related inputs in system and monitoring attendance reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelors in relevant field.
- 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge about day to day HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & ERP (Preferably SAP).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
