CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone/WhatsApp
- Checking orders in verified (address issues)
- Verifying the orders by messages and calls
- Taking customer confirmation / consent on the unavailable articles/sizes/colors
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Answer general customer queries
- Handle Daily inbound/outbound calls and messages
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Checking and clearing shipper advice
- Coordination with courier and logistics companies about orders/parcels.
Job Specification:
- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years working experience in relevant field
