Weโre seeking an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

โข Maintain accurate trust account balances aligned with customer wallet balances
โข Perform transactional reconciliation and settlements for all 1-Link transactions, including complaint management
โข Reconcile settlement accounts and ensure timely settlement of disputed claims
โข Proactively manage settlements for IBFTs, cash withdrawals, UPB top-ups, and POS disputed transactions
โข Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve disputes and queries
Requirements:
โข Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking environment
โข Bachelorโs degree or higher
โข Strong analytical skills
