Job Title: Deputy Manager Tax and Secretarial Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily tax-related matters of the company, including tax changes, tax declaration, tax analysis, etc.
• Responsible for Advance tax calculations, Income tax and sales tax returns, timely filing of withholding tax statements and federal and provincial sales tax statements;
• Responsible for liaising with the tax authorities, maintaining good communication with tax bureau and other relevant tax-related departments
• Deals with Corporate laws related matters

Requirements:

• Education: ACCA/CMA/CA Finalist
• Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience
• At least 3 years’ tax related experience
