OTO Pakistan Pvt Ltd Jobs Commercial Support Executive:
We are Hiring a Commercial Support Executive!! The candidate should hold a Business Degree from a Recognized University. Moreover, they should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Oil Marketing Sector
- Responsible for recording and keeping diary on all Legal, Commercial and Retail Documents.
- Maintain updated master data of all the Projects, Customers and Vendors.
- Responsible for developing various formats and reports and their dissemination amongst various functions with a 360-degree feedback to the management.
- Back Office support to all commercial and operation teams.
- Collecting and Sharing commercial Reports, dashboards, analysis with Management on defined timelines on prescribed formats for various functions i.e. (Retail / Consumer/ Lubricants / Operations / Engineering / Finance)
- Act as store custodian for Marketing, Commercial materials including promotional materials, marketing toolkit, operational inventories or any other materials assigned to store.
- Co-ordinate with all the departments for smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for disseminating and recording all external communication with the customers and vendors, on behalf of the company

- Emotional Intelligence
- Self-Motivated
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal, in both English & Urdu).
- Strong command on Microsoft office Tools especially Excel, Word and Power point.
- Preferred candidate should have an understanding of SAP, and ERP solution
