Outfitters Jobs Project Supervisor :We are looking for Project Supervisor North at outfitters.
The core maintenance responsibilities are:
Responsible for responding to maintenance complains received from sites. Conduct site visit to identify maintenance issues at site. Self perform minor jobs like, electrical, plumbing and carpentering works at site. Engage Specialized vendors for civil, HVAC, Safety & Security scope against maintenance complains. Ensure that snags items are properly rectified before payment of final invoices.
Project Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting site visit of under construction sites for audit. Monitor quality at under construction sites.
Support project team related to issues identified at under construction projects.
