Job Description:
- Responsible for Exit Employees Clearances & Final Settlements within defined timeliness
- look after Employees Health & Life Insurance which includes timely additions , deletion and claims processing
- Responsible to Process Monthly Interns Stipend & Project Based Staff Salaries within stipulated timeframe
- Incorporating employee records and ensure validity and integrity of SAP data; Recommend process improvements and work towards processes automation.- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Responsible to Maintain Personal Files record at all times
