Job Title: Project Manager
Qualification: Civil Engineer
Experience: 8 – 9 years

Job Description:

• Visit the site after it has been handed over to the Regional Project Managers
• Collaborate with the consultants and the store design team to develop the store plan by providing input on own area of expertise
• Review the plans developed by consultants, provide feedback and make necessary changes
• Assist Supervisor in the approval of the store plan
• Support Supervisor in selection of vendors by evaluating bids on cost and quality
• Develop a schedule of site visit and implement if for inspection to facilitate smooth delivery
• Ensure store development complies with legal SOPs.

Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 8 – 9 years

Job Description:

• Develop pool of potential locations (minimum of 5 locations for one store) through location analysis tool & market knowledge
• Build a network of relevant agents /brokers/ landlords
• Conduct check-list assessment (footfall, rent benchmarks, legal & structural compliance)
• Conduct feasibility analyses (financial analysis, SWOT analysis) on proposed site vs ideal site
• Assist management in development of business case
• Conduct initial negotiation of contracts with landlords, developers and operators
• Supervise site till handover to the project management team.
