Outfitters Stores is looking for “Deputy Manager VM” for Ethnic and he/she will be responsible for the following task line
- Responsible for implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Executing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
- Responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.
- To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner
- To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors
- To communicate with retail team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Raising the product presentation standards in stores, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve fixturing and presentation
- Liaison with retail team in product phase launching and themes.
- Drive improvement in our VM standards across all stores, working cross functionally across the business
