We are hiring.

CTP Machine Operator – Offset Plate Making

Key Accountabilities:

• Operation of CTP Offset Plate Making Machines
• Timely preventive and autonomous maintenance of machine as per WCM
• Cost and consumption reduction of production supplies as per WCM cost pillar
• Machine 5S and hygiene activities as per WCM
• Efficiency improvement using Fl pillar and SMED
• Quality improvement under QM pillar WCM
• Waste reduction under Fl pillar

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

• Matric/FSC/FA/03 Year DAE
• 03-05 years of experience of operating CTP Offset Plate Making Machines (KODAK preferred)
• Basic Knowledge of machine & mechanics
• Basic arithmetic Knowledge WCM, 5S, Kaizen
• Basic Knowledge of Safety Procedures, PPEs
• Compliance & Communications and Excel Skills
• Motivated to Learn and Grow and Problem Solving
