Education: Graduate preferably Commerce or Business
Experience: At least 04 years’ experience in managing team in Microfinance Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor team of Customer Relationship Officers and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
- Perform regular visits to clients to ensure quality of asset portfolio.
- Spend 90% of the time in the field with Customer Relationship Officers to generate quality asset portfolio and ensure timely recoveries.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer retention to develop healthy branch portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to KYC and Anti Money Laundering guidelines while initiating and reviewing customer relationships.
- Monitor daily recoveries of cash in hand as well as its proper reporting to the respective department.
- Actively handle customer complaints and ensure every query of the customer is addressed appropriately.
- Ensure that the required and accurate various business reports should be submitted in a timely manner.
