Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking to hire MANAGER โ Core Banking System in IT Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of the core banking systems and manage Backups ( Application and Database).
- Manage all business systems related projects.
- Coordinate for IT Audits (Internal / External Regulator).
- Prepare ITSC meetings Minutes.
- Coordinate core banking systems related issues /new requirements with Parent Company Team and provide solutions to business users.
- Maintain non-core banking applications and Databases.
Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking to hire Head of Business Application in IT Department who will be responsible to oversee contingency plans for Business Applications and ensure their adequacy
Key Responsibilities;
- Provision of expert advice and support to the Head of Technology and Operations in terms of business applications.
- Formulation of comprehensive IT strategy covering IT policies and procedures, security, architecture, business solutions and operational functional requirements.
- Yearly budgeting for IT expenditures and investments related to Business Applications.
- Prioritize investments in innovative technology environment that generates ROI which exceeds hurdle rates.
- Implementation of new systems including interfacing with end-users to understand their needs.
- Deployment and implementation of applications for existing systems based on end-user needs and business rationale.
- Coordinate with the Digital Delivery and Dev ops Teams for analysis and implementation with regards to integration and enhancement requirements for the existing business application for digital initiatives.
