Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking for interns in Human Resources Department.
Job Specification: The Human Resources Intern will communicate with the HR team to assist with various projects. This individual will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. He / she will have the opportunity to learn various HR functions such as: recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, organizational development, training, and much more.
Requirement:
Qualification: BBA / MBA – HRM from a well-known university
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Duration of the internship: 3 months.
Place of positing: Head Office, Karachi
Stipend: Based on qualification.
