We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Motor Claims. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage the entire motor claims process, ensuring efficient claims settlement and superior customer service.
Qualification & Experience Required:
ยท Bachelorโs degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Masterโs degree is preferred.
ยท Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in motor claims management within the insurance/takaful industry.
Skills Required:
ยท In-depth knowledge of general takaful products, motor claims, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements
ยท Strong leadership and team management skills
ยท Maintain good relationships with 3s and non-3s workshops all over Pakistan
ยท Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
ยท Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
ยท Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ยท Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Role:
ยท Lead and manage the motor claims department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
ยท Oversee claims investigations, assessments, and negotiations with clients, third parties, and service providers.
ยท Close co-ordinations with 3s and non-3s workshops
ยท Provide technical advice and support to the team of staff falling within the motor claims
ยท Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, risk management) to streamline claims handling
ยท Strong analytical/presentation skill and analyze all claims to ensure optimal quality and prepare reports for various business units and monitor all chargeback expenses and provide report to management. Apply

Job Role:
ยท Participant Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW participants, following up with them via calls and messages to gather required documentation and address requests raised by internal departments
ยท Negotiation & Problem Resolution: Handle negotiation calls with participants to resolve their concerns efficiently, ensuring smooth interactions and positive outcomes
ยท Complaint Handling: Address walk-in participantsโ grievances with care and provide personalized resolutions to meet their needs
ยท Policy Communication: Draft basic policy-related letters, ensuring accuracy, and manage the scanning and dispatch of documents
