Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for leading the Plant mechanical team (Shift mechanics and Workshop Team) in all the maintenance and process activities in the plant to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of high speed can making Lines and ancillaries. He will be coordinating with Day Engineer in driving TPM, SMED, PM plans & their compliance in the plant. He will also be responsible for all the Mechanical related safety issues, lean events, capital projects,
