Head of Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of business growth and expansion at Pakistan Machine Tool Factory.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions and value-added services.
- Evaluate and establish business partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
- Drive export initiatives, identify potential international markets, and manage distribution channels.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and website development.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in export business development and international trade preferred.
