Head of Business Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of business growth and expansion at Pakistan Machine Tool Factory.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions and value-added services.
• Evaluate and establish business partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
• Drive export initiatives, identify potential international markets, and manage distribution channels.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and website development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in export business development and international trade preferred.
