Amazon Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
• Optimize product listings with effective keywords, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and sales.
• Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and maintain compliance with Amazon guidelines.
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and develop strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Amazon PPC and other tools.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally to maintain high ratings.
• Stay updated on Amazon trends, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon seller tools, FBA, and PPC campaigns.
• Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Excel and Amazon reporting dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and SEO practices.
