WE’RE HIRING PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (FINISHING MATERIALS)

ParkView City is looking for Procurement Executive to join our design team in Islamabad.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and procure finishing and furnishing materials essential for architectural and interior design projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and pricing to ensure the best value and quality.
• Build and manage relationships with trusted market suppliers and vendors in the architecture and interior design industry.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs without compromising on quality.
• Ensure timely delivery and stock management to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout the procurement process.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
• 3-4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement of finishing materials.
• Only candidates with experience of architectural and interior design companies shall be considered.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of finishing and furnishing materials, including their specifications and applications.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP MM module.

WE’RE HIRING SAP FICO LEAD CONSULTANT (ISLAMABAD)

ParkView City is looking for SAP FICO Lead Consultant (Islamabad) to join our team in Islamabad.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• User support on FICO queries
• Trouble shooting and solution management
• End user training
• Configuration management

Qualification & Experience:

• Must have completed min 3-4 implementations of SAP S4 HANA.
• Strong knowledge about integrations and change management.
• Experience of real estate project implementations will be an added advantage.
