- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls and customer retention.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail-oriented and have a no-compromise attitude.
- Must be able to adapt to a changing environment
- Attentive listener, understanding, and empathetic
- Technology & financial sector background is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
- Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines. ย
- Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests. ย
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.
