Qualification: Bachelors / Digital Marketing Course
Brainstorm and develop innovative content and campaign ideas that achieve marketing goals.
Craft and curate visual assets to be shared across social channels, optimizing for engagement by channel.
Manage day-to-day social content production, execution and tracking.
Research and understand how competitors use social media in a marketplace environment.
Manage & develop databases and deliver graphic design solutions to meet the need of the business.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Update the designs according to the export/local order requirements, to understand and keep updating the products.
Answering phone calls, responding to questions, and handling complaints of Customer.
Calling to Customers for orders and pitch them new / existing products descriptions.
Cold calling to new customers and evaluate new list with the help of immediate supervisor.
