Analyze all incoming goods including raw material and Packaging material as per procedure.
Maintain & retain all the standards of raw material, packaging material as per define protocol.
Prepare test solutions, sterilize culture media and reagents.
Detect pathogens that may cause food borne illness using validate methods in raw, semi & finished product as per testing plan.
Maintain proper labeling, handling, storage, use, and disposal of solutions, bio hazard and hazardous waste, and microbiological cultures.
Tracking environmental microorganism development growing microbe cultures and collecting samples from a variety of locations.
Fulfill statuary applicable compliance in scope of micro testing for identification of risk zone with mitigation plan in facility regarding process and personal hygiene.
