JOB DESCRIPTION
– Undertake research (soil behavior, quantification of structural analysis) and costing of civil component for tendering.
– Conduct rate analysis of civil items to ensure planned expenditure.
– Evaluate and prepare proposals of civil components involved in completion of a project.
– Supervise and carry out civil execution activities at site.
– Coordinate with and visit clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
– Technically evaluate civil items to ensure quality is under control.
– Measurements of Work done.
– Experience in construction of grid station will be preferred
