Position: Pepsi Co
The purpose of this position is to set overall marketing objectives, strategies, plans for the business with focus towards their flawless execution and direct responsibilities towards brand building, brand health monitoring and performance evaluation, brand P&L delivery.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Lead Development & execution of marketing strategies & plans (4Ps) to achieve short terms & long term brand objectives (Revenue, NOPBT, Market Share, Consumer & Retail KPIโs)
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, share recommendations on marketing support impact on Brand Performance, and manage the productivity of marketing plans & projects
- Align and Collaborate with relevant functional Heads/Teams to ensure prompt flawless execution of marketing plans & strategies
Ensure close collaboration of Marketing with R&D, Trade Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Team in planning and execution of in-market activities for flawless execution
- Work with Head of Sale and Revenue Manager on development of volume/revenue plans based on brands/initiatives, regions & outlets etc.
- Support the Marketing Head in finalizing the annual operating plan (AOP). Lead strategic discussions on brand plans for the AOP
- Support the Marketing Head in achieving objectives aimed at driving efficiency in the overall marketing function
- Lead preparation & monitoring Brand budget and ensure spend on marketing initiatives/activities accordingly
- Recommend & adapt marketing best practices from PI Global & BU Regional initiatives
- Supervise brand communication development, media planning and research activities across all NPC brands in liaison with creative, media and insight & research teams
- Develop capabilities of Brand Planning, Creative, Media Buying & Research agencies to support NPC brand plans and ensure their best in class execution
- Oversee consumer and customer insights agenda for NPC Brands to better understand the macro, category, and consumer, competitive and retail landscape.
- Evaluate recommendations of Business Development & Insights Manager and collaborate with him/her for syndicated and customized consumer/retail research projects aimed at better market understanding and robust product development journey of the NPC portfolio
- Ensure GCS Compliance in the execution and implementation of all processes
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:

Posistion: Front Line Manager โ Production
To manage and control daily and weekly (per shift) demand requirements within the manufacturing environment on a shift basis in such a way that it drives cost, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- The management of safe operations and quality product through continual monitoring of the line performance:
- Assess machinery, equipment and shop floor for proper operation, eliminating all safety risks and get it rectified through maintenance support, if it malfunctions.
- Eliminate avoidable accidents and improve plant safety performance.
- Ensure that periodic quality checks are performed and rectify if out of control.
- Produce product of the highest quality at the lowest possible cost
- Effective utilisation of labour hours to maximise product yields and minimise waste and breakage
- Ensure effective deployment of staff across all lines to maximise productivity.
- Ensure adequate staffing, direction, and discipline as per PI guidelines.
- Maximise quality cases produced per hour without compromising on quality and cost.
- Accurately compile and analyse daily production line reports in a timely manner
- Evaluate equipment downtime during a shift and raise timely work orders for rectification of problems.
- Achieve the production compliance
- Complete weekly cost and KPI reports and share with their teams.
- Extend support for preventive maintenance and completion of shut down jobs in timely manner, keeping in view the production plan.
- Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
- Ensure all raw materials and full goods are properly stored and protected
- Improve plant audit performance and work environment to AIBI and IPS standards
- Direct supervisory staff in identifying and correcting any unsafe conditions
- Support other functions to implement quality and HSE standards as laid down by PI guidelines
- Apart from the above, employee is expected to perform other accountabilities, time to time assigned by the manager.
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
- The jobholder makes decisions that influence daily & weekly production requirements.
- Decides on required headcount per shift as per PI stipulation
- The jobholder balances efficiency and quality buckets
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in either Engineering or Food Science.
- Minimum 5 years FMCG experience with 2 years supervisory or team lead role
The Front line Manager must possess a very high level of skills and have a clear set of personal attributes in the following areas:

Position: Supply Chain Financial Controller Senior Manager
Support the business by maintaining Inventory to Costing, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Procure to Pay function by providing accurate and timely information to the management. Facilitate assessment and performance reviews, to identify key issues in P2P, I2C and FA cycle and set corrective action plans. In addition, assist the Controller to provide effective accounting support of business issues and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard company assets (Inventories and Fixed assets) and activities by maintaining a strong internal control environment and implementing efficient, well-monitored financial systems.
- Implement and sustain the Company P2P, FA,I2C and HR Assist the Controller in providing effective accounting support of business issues initiatives.
- Support the business/management in monitoring key risks associated with P2P, FA and I2C cycle and providing practical solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely cost
- Manage OCF actual and forecast
- Manage employee related payments and ensure timely execution (e.g., Payroll, Bonus, Expense, .. etc.)
- Ensure control execution as per PepsiCo internal control framework (GCS 4.0), Partner with BPO (Business process Owner) and CO (Control Owner) in GCS and Fraud risk assessment, monitoring self-testing and remediation of failures.
- Support both external and internal audit on costing, AP, FA and payroll related requests
- Ensure business compliance with Statutory, Legal and Taxation requirements, PepsiCo corporate and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices.
- Highlight any financial risk/opps to BU Controller, stakeholders and finance planning function
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SoA and enforce execution
- Provide technical control guidance in all aspects of relevant cycle.
- Responsible to ensure that all Company assets are adequately safeguarded by way of complete and up to date insurance policies.
Qualifications
