Position: Senior Brand Manager – 7up
Overview: Senior Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr Marketing Manager in the design, development, and delivery on brands. Major responsibility is to ensure flawless planning and execution. The SBM is also responsible for continuous monitoring of performance, its initiatives and recommending improvements in plans.
Additionally, the purpose of this role is to oversee a team, direct report ABM, and manage cross-functional collaborations. In summary, The scope encompasses strategic planning, market analysis, campaign management, team leadership, and fostering brand consistency while aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop & deploy marketing initiatives. Develop strategic direction and communication, (Thematic campaigns, grassroots activities, promotions)
- Liaise with local and International Advertising and Media agencies for the development, execution and evaluation of advertising campaign and brand activities
- Assist SMM in managing the Project related activities
- Continuously monitor brand performance and competitor activities
- Recommend & coordinate the execution of market research
- Sales volume plan achievement for brands
- Responsible for Share, SOS & CTS scores
- GRPs and CPRPs value enhancements and efficiencies
- Assist SMM in project budget management
- Ensure that the audit / GCS process is properly implemented (be GCS compliant at all times)
- Ensure suppliers are selected as per the GCS process and execute their duties as expected of them
- Ensure implementation of effective controls leading up to fair and transparent business practices for the marketing function
- Interact with:
- Bottler GMs & Sales Managers for Selling of Marketing Activities
- Franchise Managers for co-coordinating activities & evaluation
- Finance Managers for budgeting, forecasting & control requirement
- Creative and Media/Digital agencies for program delivery
- Below the line support such as design and producing POS/ Impactful Trade tools to drive offtake form store.
- Conduct regular market visits and keep the Franchise / Commercial team updated with the learning’s

- Working closely with Senior Leadership in Marketing to devise long term business strategy for brand 7UP – Brand Outlook in 2025 as 7UP is highest penetrated brand in Pakistan market
- Management of 4 Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion) for brand
- Working closely with Insights team and evaluate their recommendations proactively for syndicated and customized consumer/retail research projects aimed at better market understanding and robust product development strategy
- Working closely with BTL and PR Agencies
- Continuous projects with Design Team AMESA for proactive innovation
- 7UP is the leader meal consumption brand in PepsiCo Pakistan. Ensuring collaboration with leading Food events of Pakistan and organizing events across country such as 7UP Foodies Festival etc.
Qualifications
Key Skills
- MBA from a reputable local or international university (Majors in marketing)
- Ability to plan and drive high importance agendas; develop, execute business strategies and plans

- Must be skilled in analysis and problem solving and have excellent project and financial management skills

Experience:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in FMCG
- 4-5 years of brand management & PR experience

Overview
- Ensure a consistent service delivery of HR Ops back office and Local business services to all concerned parties
- Work along with local HR and COEs in supporting the employee life-cycle in his/her designated activities in addition
to ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and procedures, labor law and position management principles - Maintaining proper workflows & SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure a smooth delivery

Employee Services
- Centralized E-filing Administration and updating P-file documents from locations
- Onboard the new hires on various HR systems L5- (L01 /L05)
- Oversee Employee exit management (checklist and survey) and completion of clearance process. Generateresignation letters on employee request
- Oversee monthly Probation Management process – survey administration and letter generation
- Administer HR letters (ad hoc requests for visa/allowances etc)
Talent Acquisition
- Organize and conduct Recruitment Drives for Levels L05 below
- Coordinate Preboarding & Onboarding support for locations (including offer letter creation and extension, Pre
- employment forms, joining medical check, background verification (criminal, degree and ID card verification) etc.)
- Support TA administration activities in hiring process at site
Total Reward
- Provide Payroll related inputs (T&A, Overtime and AWOL, HR related one time payments, etc.)
- Support in Benefits and Loans enrollment as requested
- Support in Benefits Tier 1 Query handling
- Support in Renewal and Termination of Third Party contracts for contingent labour workforce
- Support in calculation of Third Party Incentive and Allowances
- Ensure timely Third Party Payroll processing by closely working with Third Party Vendors and the PepsiCo Finance
Team
- Support in employee salary disbursement (pay slips etc.)
OD and TM Support
- Support PMP on ground activation for all phases (objective setting, mid year and year end) covering all frontline
employees - Support on Core People Process roll out. This includes but is not limited to on ground Survey administration via
roadshows for frontline employees for Org Health and MPW - Provide Learning logistics support (venue organization, coordination with vendors/trainers, invoicing, learning
attendance and feedback administration) - Organise and administer CoC training for frontline employees, new hires and third party employees
- Provide logistics support for HR Events (Rewards and Recognition, Function Annual events, HR Townhalls). Support creation of event content such as communications, presentations, invites etc.
Time Capture
- System administrator for Time & Atttendance system
- Ensure monthly upload of Shift rosters
- Send approval reports to Managers for attendance/ leaves/ AWOL/ Overtime
- Send monthly payroll input for time and attendance and overtime
- Send attendance rosters to vendors after every shift for calculation of vendor payments
- Validate vendor invoices and share with HR Manager
- Receive invoice, PO, PR and GR details share with AP team in HO for processing
HR Ops and Service delivery
- Work as an integral part in the BU HR Ops team projects deliverables
- Act as a focal point for the accounts HR operations deliverables
- Manage all the requested reporting repository for the accounts deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and digitization
- Accountable for handling all accounts queries through the agreed SLAs and identified channels
Qualifications : 3-4 years of relevant HR Ops experience
