We Are HIRING Market Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth
• Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention, converting into sales
• Ensuring that distributions have sufficient stock levels of all SKUs according to Stock Cover Days policy of the Company
• Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels for each SKU at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers
• Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities
• Conducting regular morning meeting with team and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance as per KPIs
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• BBA/MBA or equivalent
• 03-05 Years Experience in FMCG
