CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan for testing and analysis of incoming raw and packing materials as per approved standard specifications and release for production. To oversee on-line QA activity during production in order to ensure that the quality of all manufactured/packed products would meet the approved standards on every production line and release for sale after testing, getting fixed any departure from standard. To oversee batch manufacturing procedures and testing of batch and make sure that every step of batch manufacturing should comply to the approved manufacturing method and release for filling/packing after testing. Execute RCA (Root cause analysis) on market quality complaint (Non-Conforming Report NCR). Suggest and implement sustainable corrective measures/actions. Packaging and supplier development. Coordinate with routine Internal QA audit.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Salary: 170,000-200,000 (Based on experience & skill set) Vehicle: Company maintained 660CC Car Medical Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity

EXPERIENCE:

12-15 years of experience (FMCG, Hygiene, Chemical, Household Products)

EDUCATION: Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry/B.E Chemical

LOCATION: Karachi – SITE Area
