Position: Team Lead CEO’s Secretariat
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of official communication & presentations for the CEO
- Assisting the CEO in meetings
- Assisting in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Preparation of minutes of meetings and following up on assigned action items
- Tracking the CEO’s calendar and ensuring that all required documents, presentations etc. are ready on time
- Reviewing various reports and preparing briefs for the CEO
- Management of support staff assigned to the CEO’s office for general administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputable institute
- Fresh or up to 02 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office usage, ability to multitask and work with cross functional teams, should be eager to learn and motivated
- Ability to research independently and make presentations
- Should be capable of upholding a strict level of confidentiality
