Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements.
- Assisting to Manager Admin for Visa processing.
- Manage all arrangements for special functions/ meetings/delegations visits and official tours #education
- 0-2 yearsโ work experience in Admin department.
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in similar capacity preferably with a travel agency is must
- working in visa application preparation will be plus
- Result oriented and with a positive attitude.
- Have strong social skills and a presence, enabling the candidate to interact and deal with officials effectively.
- Proven filing and documentation skills
- Drive for Results and strong work ethics
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree with certification/ diploma in travel & tourism will be a plus
