APlastech AutoSafe Pvt Ltd Jobs Shift Engineer:
Looking For Shift Engineer For Injection Molding Machines.
Education: B.E (Mechanical/Polymer/Industrial Manufacturing)
Experience: At Least 3 Years
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
- Prepare production report on prescribed formats and make entries in log book also.
- Coordinate with maintenance team on mold and machine maintenance.
- Update and maintain visual attendance/Raw Material board/record.
- Monitoring and ensure 5S activities as per set standards at each machine and ensure that area around machines are properly maintained.
- Maintain records of electrical /mechanical breakdown of the machines.
- Properly handing & taking over of shift task.
- Manage all the activities of floor related to production & worker.
- Implementation of Quality Management System.
