WE’RE LOOKING FOR Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Sukkur
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Leadership: Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue in the zone.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key outlets, and other stakeholders.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Travel time 80%.
