Position: DEPUTY MANAGER PRODUCTION (MUFFLER)
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets for the muffler line.
- Manage welding, assembly, and quality control processes efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in fabrication, welding, and noise reduction.
- Develop strategies and plans to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to minimize downtime.
- Optimize costs by reducing waste and improving cycle time.
- Ensure strict adherence to 5S on the shop floor.
Qualification & Skills:
- BE – Mechanical / Industrial & Manufacturing
- Well aware of production (muffler) processes.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Command over MS Office.
Experience:
- 6-8 years in production (Muffler) field, preferably from automotive industry.
