Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is seeking resumes for the position of Executive Supply Chain – Vendor Coordination at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track invoices from delivery challan to payment completion.
- Ensure timely clearance of delivery challans from the receiving department.
- Conduct daily morning walks to identify shortages and address them promptly.
- Address supplier queries regarding payments and deliveries & arrange transportation for materials if needed.
- Generate and distribute VMRR (Vendor Monthly Rating Report) monthly to underperforming vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management.
Strong command on ERP Oracle & MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: 3-4 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably from the automotive industry.
