POSITION: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO SENIOR DIRECTOR
We are looking fora personal assistant who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize all outgoing & incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.).
• Proactivelyfollow up on assigned projects / tasks.
• Prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and provide daily update to Senior Director.
• Prepare different reports & presentations as per requirement.
• Make appropriate travel arrangements.
EXPERIENCE: 4 – 5 years in same capacity in any industrial setup.
QUALIFICATION / SKILLS:
• Bachelors/ Masters
• Well aware of making presentations, reports, letters etc.
• Good written & verbal communication
• Command over MS Office
