Position: Finance Manager – Treasury & Governance

Lead small scale projects and assist in financial analysis to evaluate Sales/Customer Team performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forcasting and analysis.
Monitoring and managing the organisation’s bank relationships and liquidity management
Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
Forecasting of medium and long-term cash flow and dividend planning
Daily cash management and P2P processes oversight.
Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
Stay updated on regulatory updates, industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (up to 2 years of post qualification experience, but not mandatory)
Knowledge of local accounting principles and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Position: Data Engineer

Responsibilities of the role

Build data & analytics solutions in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or AWS– craft technical solutions from approved architecture to acquire, process, store and provide insights based on the processed data.
Develop within existing designs of various solutions in Microsoft Azure environment to help the business get valuable insights.
Work on automation and optimization of internal processes in Azure
Quantify improvement in business areas resulting from use of the algorithms and modeling.
Work with Data and Software Engineering teams to productionize algorithms and ensure data governance standards.
Lead technical innovation. Constructively reinvent current Data Science practices and design new and better models that changes current and future business processes.
Directly give to the design and development of scaled Data Science algorithms.
Apply thorough technical knowledge to substantial datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful algorithms.
Work with multi-functional and multinational teams within and outside of P&G.
Focus on key cases’ development within Data & Analytics + MS Azure, Google Cloud or AWS
Provisioning of AI solutions for plant teams with high user interface and experience scores.
Flowing the data into the Data Lake for scaled utilization.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

Graduate degree/Post Graduate Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, etc.)
Experience of working as a Data Engineer/Data Scientist in a multinational organization.
Shown experience in Python/PySpark, R, Scala and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills.
Experience in Big Data/ETL (Spark and Databricks preferred).
Experience in implementing projects & solutions in cloud (Azure/GCP preferred, AWS).
Ability to work in an iterative process.
Knowledge regarding DMBOK standards.
Knowledge and / or experience with using or building CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
Previous experience or understanding of Data Models & UIUX.
Proficient in Spoken and Written English
Experience in applying analytic methodologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, and Simulation to real-world problems.
Proven leadership in applying and scaling Analytic and Machine Learnings techniques to deliver significant insights from data (in academia or in industry).
Experience with large datasets and cloud computing: GCP, Azure.
Experience with Dev Ops environment: Git, CICD, etc.

Successful Design and Deployment of Marketing Toolkits for the Brand

Responsibilities of the role:

Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers.
Lead consumer research to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses consumers’ unmet needs
Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives.
Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of consumers.
Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide the delivery team for execution.
Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

Job Qualifications

0 – 2 years’ experience in a brand management
Experience in FMCG is preferred
