Position: Executive Product Proposition
Location: Islamabad
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Position revolves around the generation and execution of business cases along with development of products, processes and policies in coordination with other stakeholders such as Technical, Brands, Finance, Pricing, etc
- Daily/Weeklly & Monthly reporting of Business KPI`s (sales, churn, revenue)
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Business case approvals and align stakeholders to ensure desired results against set KPIs.
- Network tracking in terms of loading commitment against business case in collaboration with regional teams (i.e. sales, churn management & revenue management).
- Identify value proposition gaps against target market, along with design and evaluate acquisition and ARPU enhancement promos.
- Support regional teams to generate leads and timely fulfilment of the request. Identify deployment gaps and on-board technology to rectify in timely manner
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
QUALIFICATION
- Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC

Position: Executive Contact Center
Location: Lahore
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible to manage and direct all aspects of inbound call center operations, conducting sessions with all stakeholders to make plans for improving service levels and ensure to provide outstanding customer services to the customers.
- Responsible for desired output of teams assigned to him as per KPI.
- Administer Performance Management by providing effective feedback to call center executives, coaching , training and diagnosing improvement of opportunities to ensure qualitative standards are adhered.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure service efficiency / service quality of call center for the assigned targets and enhance skillset of call center executives as per assigned skillset change process.
- Supervise the daily contact center operations and effectively manage the floor activities.
- Provide coaching, feedback and counselling for the betterment of respective FS & team team members.
- Act as a central point of reference and coordination for, special assignments given by manager.
- Handle escalated customer calls and provide resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Ensure that team members are well informed with updated information related to product and services along with policies and procedures by arranging shift meetings and refreshers
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum a Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
