Position: Zonal Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise
• Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets
• Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results
• Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Chills, Shelf, Signage etc.
• Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels
• Effective Distribution Management and Handling for optimum outcome and desired results.

Skills and Competencies

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Good Leadership and Team Work Skills
• Proactive, Creative and must have thinking out of the box mindset
• Good command over MS Office (especially Excel and PPT)

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/BBA Honors or Equivalent Qualification
• 5 to 10 years experience of FMCG preferably bottling business
• Strong command over latest selling techniques
• Fully understands Sales KPIs and their monitoring for optimum outcome

• Age 30 to 35 Years
