JOB OPPORTUNITIES: The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority, Government of Punjab, invites applications from highly dynamic and dedicated professionals for various non-academic staff positions at Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) in Taunsa & Mankera. 1. Accounts Officer



  • Pay Scale: OG-1
  • No. of Posts: 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Taunsa, 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Mankera
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum M.Com / ACCA / ACMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with 5 years of experience in Government / Semi-Government / Private sector organizations.
    • Preferably 2 years of hands-on experience in managing accounts and finance.
    • Preference would be given to public sector experience.
    • Experience/Character Certificates from previous employer(s), if any.


2. Head Clerk

  • Pay Scale: DS-16
  • No. of Posts: 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Taunsa, 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Mankera
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum Matriculate or equivalent qualification.
    • Preferably 3-5 years relevant experience in a reputed organization.
    • Certified in computer applications (MS Office Suite), Urdu InPage & Typing Speed at least 30-35 wpm.
    • Proficiency in English correspondence / language.
    • Knowledge of filing system / record-keeping.
    • Experience/Character Certificates from previous employer(s), if any.

3. Assistant Admin Officer

  • Pay Scale: DS-16
  • No. of Posts: 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Taunsa, 02 (Male) for DS (B&G) Mankera
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum Matriculate or equivalent qualification.
    • Preferably 5 years related experience in a reputed organization.
    • Lower-level experience in administrative matters, including man-management, messing, building maintenance, procurements, security, and sporting facilities.
    • Expertise in security matters and weapon handling.
    • Experience/Character Certificates from previous employer(s), if any.

4. Sub Engineer (Civil)

  • Pay Scale: DS-16
  • No. of Posts: 01 (Male) for DS (B&G) Taunsa, 01 (Male) for DS (B&G) Mankera
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Matriculation with a 3-year Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil Technology) from a government-recognized polytechnic institute accredited by the Punjab Board of Technical Education.
    • At least 5 years of experience in building construction, site supervision, execution of civil works, cost estimation, quality assurance, project coordination, and documentation.
    • Should be proficient in relevant computer applications.
    • Experience/Character Certificates from previous employer(s), if any.

5. Sub Engineer (Electrical)

  • Pay Scale: DS-16
  • No. of Posts: 01 (Male) for DS (B&G) Taunsa, 01 (Male) for DS (B&G) Mankera
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Matriculation with a 3-year Diploma in Associate Engineering (Electrical Technology) from a government-recognized polytechnic institute accredited by the Punjab Board of Technical Education.
    • At least 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, load calculations, power distribution, and testing.
    • Proficient in electrical design software and relevant computer applications.
    • Should be able to use electrical testing instruments.
    • Experience/Character Certificates from previous employer(s), if any.

Process / Conditions:

  1. Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position shall submit separate applications for each position.
  2. Applicants must attach with their applications a detailed resume (CV), 2 passport-size photographs, and certified copies of educational/experience certificates, and CNIC duly attested. Applications should reach PDS&CEA HEAD OFFICE, LAHORE.
  3. Clearly mention on the envelope, “Post & Location Applied For”.
  4. Candidates may send their credentials via courier or submit them in person during working hours.
  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
  7. The applications submitted will be at the risk and cost of the applicants. Any false information found at any stage will result in termination of the appointment.
  8. Convicted applicants by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
  9. Selected candidates may be transferred/posting to any Daanish / Centre of Excellence School in Punjab.
  10. Selected applicants must submit medical certificate(s) and police clearance certificate.
  11. The PDS&CEA Head Office reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
