JOB OPPORTUNITIES:ย  Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) was established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 as a non-profit organization, under the Government of Punjab, to execute social health protection initiatives and demand-side financing schemes to achieve universal healthcare coverage in Punjab. PHIMC offers a unique opportunity to professionals to work in an excellent environment with the potential for professional growth. Applications are invited to fill the following positions at its Head Office in Lahore.

Job Title: Manager IT (1)



  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Computer Sciences / Computer Engineering / Management Information System / Information Technology / Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including design, data structures, database, and test-driven development. Relevant work experience in managing and integrating information technology software, database administration, and systems in a rapidly changing environment. Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in developing and implementing IT software solutions in public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.


Job Title: Manager Communication (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Business Administration with specialization in Marketing / Public Administration with specialization in Marketing from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a public/private sector organization.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Manager Internal Audit (1)

  • Qualification: CA Inter / ACCA / MBA Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, including articles (from a reputed Chartered Accountant Firm) in a public/private organization.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Information Technology / Computer Sciences / Statistics / Public Health / Anthropology / Economics / Sociology / Social Work / Rural/Urban Studies / Business Administration / Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field from a reputed public/private sector organization. Preference will be given to those who have experience in designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation systems in health-related programs. Should be capable of analyzing data and generating useful reports.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Deputy Manager Contracts & Coordination (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Law from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field in public/private sector organization. Strong knowledge of contract laws, regulations, negotiations, and contract administration. Exposure to project management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Deputy Manager Accounts (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Commerce or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute or CA Inter or ACCA with articles completed.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field in public/private sector organization. Experience of working in a public sector organization is an added advantage.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Deputy Manager Compliance & Reporting (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance / Accounting / Commerce or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute or CA Inter or ACCA with articles completed.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field in public/private sector organization.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts (1)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (6)

  • Qualification: 16 years of formal education with a degree in Computer Sciences / Statistics / Public Health / Anthropology / Project Management / Sociology / Social Work / Rural/Urban Studies / Business Administration / Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in a public/private sector organization. Preference will be given to those who have experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of health-related programs. Should be capable of analyzing data and generating useful reports.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

Market competitive salaries will be offered to the right candidates.
