Position: Executive QA/QC
Job Role:
- Documentation on Food safety systems.
- Assure GMP’s are followed in production area.
- Monitoring of CCP’s, OPRP’s and take corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Coordinate with QAM internal Auditing as QA official.
- To assure product by panel sensory evaluation on daily basis.
- To assure the material received according to set standards of quality e.g.; Meat Quality, Packing Material, Raw Material Quality.
- Should be able to train employees for Food Safety, Food defense, Quality, Person. Hygiene, GMP’s, Machine cleaning & Sanitation 8, HALAL Food preparation.
Required Skills:
Qualification: BSc./MSc. Food Sc. & Technology
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Lahore (Factory)
