Key responsibilities include:
• Implement and oversee the procure-to-pay cycle to ensure in all purchasing activities.
• Prepare all purchase related documentation and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within the IBS system.
• Conduct thorough analysis of quotations and negotiate contract terms with suppliers.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of materials while overseeing all vendor payment documentation.
• Optimize stock levels at both the factory and head office through effective collaboration with various departments to fulfill purchasing requirements.
