POSITION: CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage all pre-sales and post-sales operational activities related to customer projects
- Use relevant applications, portals and systems to facilitate Enterprise and Channel sates teams in internal processes
- Coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to manage activities related to assigned projects to ensure their successful completion
- Work with customers to design SOW and ensure accurate delivery of services
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in business or related field with CGPA 3.0 or above
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong customer relationship and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
