Unit Head – Digital Procurement and Contract Management

Department: Procurement

Years of Experience required: 12+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a banking or financial sector.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead RIBDL Procurement Unit look after E2E procurement of Technology, Digital, Marketing, Project Management and General Procurement across country.
2. Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines across the bank.
3. Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across the procurement functions, optimizing spending for various projects and procurement categories.
4. Oversee Vendors Enlistment, Ongoing Management & Vendors Spend Analysis & Reporting.
5. Manage agreements / SLAs under centralized Contract Management system.
