Realme Mobile Technology Jobs Social Media Manager:

Realme Mobile Technology is looking for the services of a Social Media Manager at our head office in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

1-Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
2-Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content
3-Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
4-Liaise with a designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
5-Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
6-Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI.
7-Develop effective display campaigns, including banner ads, social media, and retargeting.
8-Plan SEM programs for keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.
9-Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns
10-Manage A/B testing, including ad copy and landing page optimization to improve click-through and conversion rates.
11-Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz regarding new product launches
12-Facilitate company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
13-Prepare weekly and monthly reports
14-Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization

Qualifications and Experience:

1-Understand and believe in realme’s Vision
2-Possesses knowledge and 1-2 years of experience in relevant marketing practices.
3-A marketing degree, Preferably BBA or MBA
4-Certifications will be a plus
5-Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
6-Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
7-Maintains good writing skills in English
8-Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio, and video format.
9-Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
